Sweetest Memories Travel acts as your advocate and coordinator; supplier contracts govern your actual trip.
Pricing and availability
All prices are subject to change and availability until ticketed or confirmed. Taxes, fees, and government charges may apply in addition to quoted rates. Once confirmed, supplier change and cancellation policies apply — we'll share these clearly before you commit.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. We can help you evaluate options, but the decision is yours. Sweetest Memories Travel and KHM Travel Group are not responsible for losses that travel insurance would typically cover.
Passports, visas, and documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements for every destination on your itinerary. We'll share what's typically required, but final verification is yours.
Limitations of liability
Sweetest Memories Travel is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers, force majeure events (weather, strikes, government actions), or for injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from travel. Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to us.
Intellectual property
Site content — copy, imagery, logo — is owned by Sweetest Memories Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
